client windows not install !!!

I have installed zone minder and everything seems to work well, but where it exists problem is with the installation of the client of Windows of James Wilson.
I use Windows XP pro, seems to be that the problem is with the service of net 2,0 framework
I cannot install it since it appears to me an error. I have tried of everything, wanted to know that experiences have had and if somebody has solved this.

download this from microsoft

then try setup again and you should be good to go

i installed the net framework, but how to i start the client ?

Did you install the program after updating the .net framework
