I'm all over it.

OK, I'm all over it.

I just got done downloading PCLinuxOS with FDM (Free Download Manager), and now I've installed Azureus and am doing my first ever BitTorrent download to get CTU.

If CTU does not work, you will hear the screams. :D

We haven't heard anything, so am I to assume that it worked out?
Just a bit curious as I don't have anything here to test SMP on.

It has not yet. I can do so if you wish. I just haven't yet had the chance to do a fresh install on FC. I have built the same package on on CentOS 3.2 and did a fresh install so It should work fine in FC. If I have no complaints in the next 12 hours I'll post it to the update folder so that it's available via yum update how's that sound?

Yeah I forgot that you need to import my PGP key. I have already updated the yum config files so that it will automaticaly download my current key. I'll have to put that up on the update server maybe. It's a catch 22 since you would have to rpm --import the key to update the package though. Best to check the YUM server thread I have in the contribs topic for the fix for this.

Oh and I just realized thats a unsigned package, I'll have to correct that.

I've never installed Fedora before (my only real linux experience is debian) and I'm wondering if there's anything I should read up on first before attempting to install the fedora zm CD that's been mentioned on here.

Also, is there anything I can read if I get stuck?

Every thing is here on the forum for the most part. The is also the manual that is here as well for zm and it covers installing zm from an rpm. It actually really strait forward to install. Just follow the installer and select what you want. The rest of the required things to do are described at the beginning of this post.

Hallo, I'm trying to use zm with a Quickcam Express.

To compile the driver, I should have kernel source on board, where can i download it?

THX.
