I use a Sabrent SBT-SSPV aka Provideo PV143A. It has 4x BNC analog inputs, a Conexant Fusion 878a chip and no tuner.

I couldnt switch channels for testing the card in console mode but finally zm handled it with the source/device channel option. The camera used are a pair of Panasonic WC-CP410 color.
