software rotations ... ?

Post by marcolino »

Hi, all.
My webcam (a poor stv680 :-() does not support left/right rotations (at least I suppose so: when I choose such a rotation, I obtain black frames, with just the caption on it ...). Is there any possibility to let browser rotate it (possibly in a portable way ...) ? Or, better, ask zmc (?) to rotate the image itself, instead of asking the device to do the work (I suppose it's what it does now, doesn't it ?) ?
Thanks everybody in advance for any idea, suggestion, flame ... ;-)

Thanks for Your response ...
Is this the "zm in monitor setup" You mean ?

(sorry, I'm using Italian language ...)
Because, as I told, I did already try that option (Right Orientation), obtaining the black images from the webcam ...
My best regards ...

you also need to change the resolution to match the new orientation so 320x240 would become 240x320
