More information in LevelOne cameras here:
http://global.level1.com/products1.php?Id=17
The LevelOne cameras seem to be knockoffs/repackaged versions of other manufacturer's products.
For example, their PTZ cameras look suspiciously similar to the DLink PTZ cameras, down to their capabilities. If this were correct, these should handle PTZ just like their original counterparts.
Now, specific to the user's question, the FCS-1010 produces JPEG stills and MPEG-4 streams, but no MJPEG. So you might get the JPRG images, but FPS will be low. On the other hand, the FCS-1040 does offer MJPEG, but it is considerably pricier.
Other LevelOne products that might have a twin:

Other LevelOne products that might have a twin:
- The LevelOne FCS-1050 looks very similar to the TrendNet TV-IP300, including that unsightly IR LED ring around the lens.
The LevelOne FCS-1020 is uncanningly similar to the Longshine LCS-IC-715 and the EDIMAX-IC1000.
The LevelOne FCS-1030 looks very familiar, but I just cant put my finger on it... Any takers?
