Swedish translation

Hi,
I am working on the swedish translation. I have done 99% so far. Download from http://www.bostream.nu/nostalgi/zonemin ... g_se_se.ph

Please add the missing 'p' at the very end of the file before you use it. My server does not allow accessing a .php file.

I am now doing all helptext, wait a couple of day before I am finnished.

Excellent. Thanks. I will include this in 1.22.1. If you post again whenever you are happy for it to be merged I will get it then.
