memory errors

Hi Guys

I have just downloaded and installed ZM 1.22.0. I have a Logitech Quickcom lying around the office. So to make sure that all is up and running, i tried to use this. I ran the zmu -d /dev/video -q -v and loaded all the settings into ZM. As soon as i clicked save i got this error message '*** glibc detected *** malloc(): memory corruption: 0x0df470c0 ***'. does anyone out there have any odeas as to what the error might be and in which direction i should be aiming at. I have google and have not found much there. I am running Mandrake 2006.

If I recall correctly, I think I seen this error show up when a camera is created but the height and width for the camera are not filled in. For some reason ( The zones don't know how to handle the null data), you can not have those values null when you create a monitor.

I have noticed that gnome meeting has picked the camera up and there is now a shortcut on the desktop. Any ideas as to how to get rid of gnome meeting. or should i just uninstall it.
