Automatic ftp of jpgs

I am trying to setup an automatic way of grabbing an image from a zoneminder system once a minute. Specifically I want to take my images from each of my specific cameras and have them either be an outbound ftp from the zoneminder system or another box would ftp into the zm system and grab them. It seems however that the names change in the events directory of the images.

Suggestions to accomplish this?

The simplest way may be to pull the images from the remote computer using the zms path perhaps.
