Any CCD (not CMos) webcams for Zoneminder?

I'm looking for a couple of good image quality USB2 webcams for use with ZM. These will monitor the immediate area close to the ZM Server.

I've read the compatibility list, but just wondering whether any ZM compatible Webcams use CCD a sensor rather than CMos for a better image quality?

Any suggestions?
