Is anyone running vmware on centos and having any issues?

I run SME Server on VMware and that's based on centos 4.3 have no issue's here

Im just having appaling disk throughput after about 5 hours of uptime.

Hmm, I remeber something/read somewhere that this had something to do with Vmware running or doing something?! a while ago now...
