Did any one ever installed zm under those 3? which one is better suitable to zm? I actually kind of confused what are the difference between those 3 OSes.

well rhel is a paid for product, centos is rhel based and is a community supported RHEL
Dont know what red hat AS.
People have used centos here for zm servers so i would say that or RHEL
But both use older kernels as are designed to be rock solid and not support brand new stuff, thats what fedora is for
