if cam2 has cam1 linked to it and can1 is in Modect mode, what mode does cam2 need to be in for the trigger to work?

Or Modect or Mocord. Any mode that allows events really. Nodect is best if you don't want your second cam doing anything apart from get triggered by another cam.
