Filters not saving

I am using ZM 1.22.3 (Installed 1.22.2 from LiveCD and upgraded using RPM)
I really didn't play with the filters when it was on 1.22.2 so I don't know if I had this issue then:

If I create a filter and check the various options (ie Delete and run in background) and then click on save, the new filter is saved, but never runs.
I opened phpMyAdmin and looked at the Filter table. The new entry was there, but all previously selected options are set to '0' instead of '1'.
If I change the the value to 1 using phpMyAdmin then the filter will execute automatically and run as expected.

Initially I noticed this because none of my filters that I created included the little * at the end of the filter name.

Reading through the Readme it seems there should be another option on the "Save" screen, but the only option I see is 'Run in Background'.
I am logged in as the ZM admin, btw. and all options are set to Edit.

The only changes that I have made on my system are adding a new user account and change the root password.

That's the only problem I am currently having.
ZM is the best program that I have used so far. I have been running it for a week now and have not had any real problems other than the one described above.

If you guys need additional hosting space (for download mirrors, etc.), I'd be happy to provide that space on my server. I have a pretty good download speed from there.
