attempted while disabled

Just installed zm from the tarball and ffmpeg from svn and got this error;

zms[4945]: ERR [MPEG streaming of 'mode=mpeg&monitor=1&scale=100&bitrate=25000&maxfps=5&format=asf' attempted while disabled]

What does it mean 'attempted while disabled' - I've never seen this error before?

Basically it means that you are trying to stream MPEG video but when your ZM was built it could not find ffmpeg to use it or link with it. Check the Zm configure output and check it says it can find libavcodec etc.
