Will there be an rpm for the fc3/CTU release?
or is there a better way to upgrade to 1.22.3?

It's in the testing directory. I have not had any feed back on it so I assume it works but have no way to really know. I don't have a machine to load it on as that was one of my machines taken out buy a storm last year and still has not been replaced.
This is a test at your own risk, make backups, etc. If I can get some feedback I can work on getting it into the repo.
