I spend a few weeks trying to install it and was not able to. There where some erros during MAKE that i was not able to solve. I tried it on Mandriva 2006, 3 different version of Ubuntu, and even the one that said it had worked for the author but i was not able to achive a complete compilation. I installed all the packages that where mentioned as needed.
Sems to be a good software and would like to try it.

gola, i just recently took over the development of DevSec, it was dead of almost a year and the code has a few "issues" which are being ironed out. Look for a minor release in January to resolve issues with the current release, and a new stable release in Feb, along with a new name for the project. You can keep tabs on it through http://idvr.org

DevSec is a standalone CCTV System with unicast/multicast capabilities and a full featured local GUI and a basic Web GUIR2D2 wrote:Hi,

ViewMAX is basically a reskinning of ZoneMinder.
And how can integrate this in my ZoneMinder machine?cordel wrote:Thats what Viewmax is R2, a front end for ZM.
It's a Sabayon Linux 3.2 with ZM 1.22.3?
Is there anywhere a HowTo?
There is not a how-to for the interface only implementation, it is fairly straight forward however, if you grab the interface from SourceForge and extract it in a temp directory you'll see how to implement it. I have not tested it w/ 1.22.3, if anyone else has I have not heard about it, but so far as I know it should work w/ minimal work.[/url]R2D2 wrote: And how can integrate this in my ZoneMinder machine?
