Horizontal lines, card going bad?

Horizontal lines, card going bad?

I have a 4 channel/16input capture (wdt-2016, aka Tibet Systems) that was working just fine all last summer but I had to borrow the cameras for another project and now that I have my cameras back I'm having trouble. I've put some sample images at http://www.sonictech.net/temp/ to give an idea of the problem. These were captured with Xawtv and are showing the problem pretty much at it's worst. If I start/stop ZM sometimes the problem disappears from one input but shows up in another. Some of these cameras are my old ones and some are newer and the problem does tend to follow the newer cameras but not always.

Any thoughts?
