ZM 1.22.3 install not possible on HD, but OK with 1.22.2

Hello
I have been able to install on my HD, ZM 1.22.2.
As i wanted to try ZM 1.22.3, i have erase ( low level format ) my hd.
Ok for loading Live CD, but when i start installation on HD, proccess is bloked after i would say 1/6 of horizontal progress line or lift ( i don't know in english how to say ) i hope you understand what i mean.
I have to shut down pc to go out.
I started 3 times completed process, with no success.
Anybody has an idee ?
My PC is Intel P3, 700mhz proc, 384 MB ram, HD 12GB.

I repeat, i can install 1.22.2, but not 1.22.3

i beleive it is a good download, as i can run ZM 1.22.3 in LiveCD perpectly.
