Why won't ZM grab the image?

I have zoneminder pointing to the proper URL for the jpeg stream of my Toshiba IK-WB02A but zoneminder isn't getting anything. Where should I look first to understand why zoneminder isn't grabbing an image?

BTW: I have tried turning of regex's and setting the http protocol to 1.0 as well, neither helped.

whats in your logs, and what are your monitor settings
