can't get to other monitors

I have zm working on a suse 8.2 using apache and camozola for streming.
my first monitor works great no problems. when i use the (Montage) or 3monitor buttom it comes up fine streams and can get stills.. however if i click on the second or third id or events it comes up with a java script error on the explorer, netscape will sometimes open and sometimes not.. the two other cameras or in a high trafic area and have quite a lot alarms like 300 for on day however they do tend to not alarm when the need to be.. Any info when be great..

Can you tell me what version of ZM you are using and what the JavaScript error is?

9.15 is the version number and I reinstalled and the java errors went away. but i still have the problem with the camaras not alarming when they need to be in high traffic areas. i have set the Reference Image Blend %ge to 1 and zero seems no affect.
