save on hd...

with the live-cd, all seem saved in ram...
is there a way to store all event, image on hd to be able to check information if we close the computer?

Not a good idea....if you are running from the LiveCD and restart the computer and boot back with the LiveCD zoneminder will start from scratch again...so all the jpeg images you saved to the disk will be useless and will most likely cause problems

The only way around that is to find a Live CD with something like this: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCDPersistence setup
