Presentation ZoneMinder in Venzuela

First, thanks to let me post this information on this forum.

My Name is Egner Aceros, and I'm working on PDVSA.

We have special interest on Free Software applications related with this field, because here in Venezuela there are Laws that promoved this software.

At this moment, here in PDVSA (Venezuela), we are starting a study over differents technologies about digital recording related to applications in security. It is solutions like:
(a) DVR (Digital Video Recorders, input analog video and store it over digital media like HardDisk or Flash Memories),
(b) NVR (Network Video Recorders, input digital video streaming), And
(c) Video Backup Systems.

On the other hand, We are looking special devices (a), (b) and (c) (and software) to be used on diferents locations, like:
1.Industrial Areas (rain, 40°C).
2.Corrosive Areas (Sea)
3.Harzadous Locations (Gas, Explosive)
4.Data Centers (Air Conditioning)
5.Movil (Cars and Boats).

Then, we are looking someone of you who would like to show us this software ZoneMinder (it seems to be applied on data centers), it's beneficts, features, architectures, integration, interoperability, protocols, etc., preferible in spanish language (not limitative). This presentation will be Between the firts and the second week on October 2007, in Caracas Venezuela, about 3 or 4 hours of duration. We will be in contact with the representant who decided to make this presentation.

If this Software (ZoneMinder) passes the initial evaluation, the next step to do, Will be mount a demostration of a system.

The conditions are the next:
- Only we want to see the features explained directly of one of you that have proved experience with this application and know it very well. With no cost to PDVSA.
- If the Software result positive to us, the door opens for this software or other free software to be instaled here in PDVSA.
- Maybe we pay for some aditional features or customizations, donations, I don't know by the moment, but all it is possible.

NOTE ABOUT COSTS (10/SEP/2007): I was asking, and there is possibility that PDVSA paid all the costs associated to: the travel (tickets, tax), Hotel and Food, so you don't need paid something, all the costs will be charged to PDVSA.
