Zoneminder picks up TV signal but not my camera

One quick question:

I am using the hauppage WinTV Card.

Zoneminder can pick up my TV channel in the monitor but no video from the attached camera. I have tried changing the device channel under source but I cannot get it to work.

This is no doubt a simple configuration issue...but I'm at a loss
