Is possible to record the videos in format directly mpg? Instead of recording images jpg and later exporting the movie?

yes but then you cant navigate the images as the db entries would be removed. mpeg is a poor quality storage format and shouldnt be used for security IMHO.

Quality MPEG is bad same. Which format you use? As I can make to record directly in video format.
