Alix 1 Motherboard + ZoneMinder

Im thinking about buying this particular motherboard for zoneminder and possibly for home automation / X10. It will be hidden away in the attic.

Would this box be capable of running 3/4 Axis cameras? What kind of performance should i expect to get out of it?

I will be sticking a 120MB 2.5" hard drive inside it, and I will be getting the 500mhz version.
