hardware compression mpeg4 card

Hi, do anybody know a hardware compression 16 port DVR Card, what can record 720x576 / 400 (or min. 200) FPS (PAL) with zoneminder?

ohh... and if i use brutal CPU? xeon or core2duo? so i need 400fps/16cams in high resolution....

400 fps might be difficult on std hardware, maybe dual processors (ie not dual core) and seperate pci busses. 200fps at cif is doable, 400 id test first
