Login issues

Post by winblowzxp »

I'm having a slight issue logging into my ZM setup. I have my server NATted statically to a static IP from my ISP. I can login without problem internally, but when I try to login from outside, it loops back to the login page. Is there something that I need to open in my firewall or is there another problem somewhere else?

I just forward port 80 and it works fine. You don't have virtual hosts set up on the ZM system do you?

If I tunnel into my network so I get a local IP address it works.

I have my box on a DMZ on my network. I'm not running any virtual hosts.

Here's a basic layout of my network: I have a Cisco 2600 connecting to the internet. I NAT running and I have the public address to my linux box statically set in NAT so that everything that goes to that IP address goes to my linux box. Other PHP applications that I have residing on that machine have no problems inside or out. The only issue I'm having is with ZM.

I didn't realize this until just recently. I get an IE error:

Code: Select all

Line: 7
Char: 1
Error: Access is denied
Code: 0
URL: my server address

Something is not right. Is routing set correctly on the ZM server? I have several ZM servers behind firewalls and have never seen this problem.
