Kodicom solo bt878 KMC-7016A no video

I wanted to thank all those who have offered help with some of the issues I've had getting familiar with ZM, Thank you!

I have a Kodicom KMC-7016A 4 port single BT878 Fusion card that I have not had any luck getting to work. I have found very little info googling it. I've tried different channels (0-3) and only blue screens. When 4 channels are enabled the montage shows 2.5 fps of blue screens as well. Tried 77, 132, 133, 102, 98 and no love.
Hopefully someone may have an idea what V4L ID will get this sucker workin'!
