This request is for an easier method to check a recording at a specified time.
Currently, it's quite cumbersome to check a recording, especially for the neophyte who needs to check what happened at a certain time.
So, I propose two things:
1. A Calendar/Scheduler style method of choosing a date/time. By doing this, even the least computer-savy user can start a review of the camera data.
2. Easier controls during review. By default, the controls given when viewing a video are lacking. In particular, there is no clear way to pause, single frame forward/back, and play backwards at various speeds.

Maybe the better option would be, rather than using the 'filter' window and it's complexities of SQL-style statements of date/time gt/lt calendar AND/OR date/time gt/lt calendar stuff, have a 'previous day', 'previous hour', 'next hour', 'next day' row of links on the event view (results) window to help compliment the [1,2,3,4,5.....X] method. Whether it is bound by the filter parameters is up to the implementor...
