Ignoring incomplete frames

I'm using ZM 1.23.2 with a TRENDnet TV-IP100W camera. Sometimes I get events and when I look at the actual recorded frames, there is usually just one frame that wasn't completely downloaded, i.e. there is a grey area at the bottom without video data. Has anybody dealt with this? Is it possible to ignore these frames somehow so that they don't generate events?

Increase alarm frame count under the buffers tab when you click the source.
