The way I usually skim events when I'm on a low-bandwidth connection is to look just at the highest-scoring frame to start with. Trouble is, if I want to archive the event I need to view the Event animation itself in order to get at an archive button.
It would help if there was an Archive button in the Frame window.
It might also help if there was a scale option in the Frame window, with different defaults depending on bandwidth, but that's probably trickier...
