Is there any way to increase the size of the cycle image or scale it? I'm sure there is but I can't find anything about it. Thanks

I think you will be wanting to adjust ZM_WEB_MONTAGE_WIDTH and ZM_WEB_MONTAGE_HEIGHT on the 'Web' tab of the 'Options' page. That should do it for you.
