Red X or Missing Pictures in Zone & Event Pannels

I have my monitors created. I have Pictures from each of our cameras and it is showing a good image. But when I go to create a zone, or view a recorded event. I don't get a picture. All I get is a red x in the window under internet explorer or a little the identical icon in Firefox. Everything else seems fine. I have tried changing setting and stuff and I can't seem to get anything to fix this problem. I am running version 1.22.3 on Fedora 8.
