hi,
when streaming using combozola, the picture is always breaking up and jumping around, like it's out of sync or something. I've tried downloading V0.22 from the zoneminder downloads page, but when I load the streaming window it stills says V0.34 ?
cheers
paul

Re: Cambozola Stream Corruption
So long as you've moved the Cambozola jar file to the right place I think it should take effect once you restart your browser. To be on the safe side it might be worth deleting your cached files etc etc as well.
Phil,

Ok tried that, but no difference - can you tell me, is it correct for the jar file in the downloads section to display v0.34 before the images are shown or should it be saying v0.22?

Paul:
I had the same problem until I upgraded my Apache web server to a more recent version. No matter what version of cambozola I used. Now my Apache web server is version 2.0.45 and all is well.
Also, if you are using cambozola for a windows client, why not consider using Mozila for Windows as the web browser? Mozilla has native support for the streaming video format Zoneminder produces, and you will not have to worry about cambozola, or Internet Explorer security bugs either.
Hope this helps.

Jose Rodriguez

Hi Jose, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I'm actually running apache 2.0.47. But I've downloaded Mozilla, and the stream works nicely, so thanks for the tip.

Re: Cambozola Stream Corruption
Hi Guys,
Is there any more news on this subject.
I am suffering from picture freeze using cambozola.
I don't know if it is cambozola's fault?...or Apache.
I am running mozilla browser.
Seems a pity that this nice applet maybe is not trouble free.....

Re: Cambozola Stream Corruption
"Some times I have this problem. It's not a web browser problem, since I run cambozola directly with java. I think the problem is related to network timeouts, since the same motion server sometimes I have the problem, and sometimes I don't. When cambozola stop, I can see that there are network timeouts. "
I found this whilst googling
Could this be a clue perhaps for the more enlightened and experienced hackers to consider?
