Does a card with 1 chip per channel give better system performance than a card with 1 chip for 4 channels? I know the frame rate will drop but can a low end computer keep up with a high end card? Can it process all the frames that the card can deliver? If I install an 8 chip card in one of these... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6883118005 will I get 30fps for 8 cams or will I have to slow the fps down so I might as well get a cheaper card?
