Can't start Zoneminder!!

I've removed the old ZM install and setup the RC1 version of 1.24 in its place but everytime I goto start zm it say's failed and in

/tmp/zmpkg.log I have:

09/26/2008 16:20:24.922223 zmpkg[10538].ERR [Unable to run "sudo -u apache /usr/local/bin/zmfix", output is ""]
09/26/2008 16:31:19.406173 zmpkg[10700].INF [Command: status]

Running said command from the console gives me this:

[root@bbcamtest ~]# sudo -u apache /usr/local/bin/zmfix
[root@bbcamtest ~]#

Host OS is CentOS 5.2 i386.

Fixed - I think it was a typo - I had cgl-bin and not cgi-bin
