36 Cams view in Full screen

Hello, I cant enable the 36 way view on fullscreen with toolstrip button, only have for 16 cams and no more. Why the 36 view cam does not appear in full screen mode?? I have ZM4MS 2.89

As other post
The full screen mode only currently supports 16 cams as the images are tiny and not much use in the real world. Also if pulling 36 images from a single server the load can be huge.
