High bandwidth problem

Hi guy's

When I put a camera in monitor mode and Click on the cam name to see the output of the usb webcam.. everything work fine. But when I take a look at my output bandwidth with iptraf, I can see that my computer recieve 200kB/s of data from my zoneminder machine port 80... so I closed the firefox window, and then the zoneminder continue to send me data..

If I open a new window to see my cam, I get another 200kB/s outgoing from my zoneminder, I close the window and it' still going on.. I'm now at 400kB/s.. and if I open a new window believe it or not I get another 200kB/s !

my question is, where all this data is going if the window where I was able to see the cam output is closed ? and why this connection never ends ?

Firefox 3 doesn't close mjpeg streams when you close the streams. It's a bug that they still haven't fixed yet.

I'll use ff2 for now.. but the bug at mozilla seem to be resolved I don't know if it's ok with the lastest stable build..
