Motion outline in alarm images

Hi,

First off, fantastic software and forum support! I was able to get everything running with the help of the README and forum posts.

I'm having a minor problem with the alarm images. Although I have enabled the ZM_CREATE_ANALYSIS_IMAGES option, no outline of the motion is drawn in the alarm frames. Do I need to enable some other option? Or is there a special procedure to view these images with the motion outline?

the outlined movement is not showed in the video stream.

its shown only in static frames of the event. to see them, open the event then click in frames to see all the single frames of the event and then, click on one alarmed.

thats it, you will see motion outlined.

Thx for the reply.

I do check the static alarm frames. All I see is a red border around the frame. Nothing else.

I'll double-check my alarm events, though.. I'm trying to debug some false alarms (caused by moving tree shadows, I think..)

check out your blob pixel size.

with this you can control the motion detect sensitivity.

Ok, I figured it out! I just needed to set the alarm color to something other than

R:0 G:0 B:0

I used R:255 G:0 B:0 and it works fine now.

It is in the zone configuration dialog.
