There is no high speed internet available there, only dial-up. I have available a PC, PCI modem, Logitech USB cam which I can dedicate for this. A daily FTP upload or smtp email attachment would be sufficient. Anyone know of an off the shelf app or suggestions on what would be required for this?image upload

On a mission to get daily image / picture of water level & dock at my fathers home in order to see if my boat is still floating There is no high speed internet available there, only dial-up.
