Color got lost

How can I find settings to activate the color of my cameras again?
After I added a new user (and perhaps changed something else in options) all pictures come now in black and white. The setting for brightness, color, hue are all 32768 - I haven't found any other place to edit color settings.

Click down in column "Source" in device that camera change color, and show new window, click in second tab "Source" and change option "Capture Palette".

It helped, I tried all options without success. And then I changed "device format" from NTSC to AUTO and finally to PAL - and PAL shows colors.

Another question: do you perhaps know which resolutions I could try? I still have 320 x 240 , and when I try just other numbers I get strange results.

Yes, is normal that you will use some resolutions have problems.

If 320x240 works correctly, test multiply resolution as 640x480 you should work.
