Any outstanding issues?
I plan to do a proper 1.24.0 release in the next day or so. If anyone has any issues (ie bugs) that I have not already addressed then please add them to this thread.
Note, that this is not features you might want to see or nice things to have but fundamental functionality that is broken and which I have missed.
If nothing major is listed here before the weekend then I issue a full release and we can go from there.

I've tried every device I could get my hands on and really didn't have an issue with anything, other then the control settings page. I've had 4 differnet usb cam's plugged in, remote mjpg_streamer cams, axis cams, and custom wifi router cam's. All seemed to work fine. If you want, I'll post up that mjpgStreamer.pm file for controlling things like the Orbit AF. It works good but I think some final touches need to be done due to some errors it displays on the control panel. I'll have to show you what I'm talking about or try it out for yourself. Let me know if you want to include the file in your final build. I've put it in the DVD I'm working on, so anyone that has grabbed it has the mjpgStreamer.pm file.

Phil, I have rc1_2740mm running using a generic 4 input 1 chip bttv card. The same system I've been using with previous rc versions. I cannot get a monitor to work on any channel other than channel 0.
I have also updated my kernel to 2.6.28.2. The bttv driver does work on all channels with xawtv so I really suspect the changes to zm. I did create a new database with the last zm build and so had to recreate the monitors. I have tried both v4l1 and v4l2 with several different palettes but no go. The error in syslog looks like this:
If anyone has a similar card and it's working properly I will consider this a problem with my system or configuration. Can anyone confirm or deny a problem with multiple channel single chip devices?

Done, and used the switch --enable-crashtrace=yes as well. I still get the same output:Would you mind rebuilding with debug enabled? You'll have to recreate the error I think for addr2line to work though.

I've run into a problem
Apache error log is reporting
index.php is loading but only a blank page is displaying. Playing with Slack 12.2. Apache configuration has changed from 12.1 but I don't think that's where the problem lies. I suspect there is a dangling statement somewhere.
Too late in the day to play any more tonight.

Could just be the setup (as I've done my fair share of shooting myself in the foot over the past 24 hours), but I think I've got everything to where it should be. I've installed Slackware 12.2 and zm-1.24-rc1-2740 up and running on it. For the most part things seem pretty decent.
When I add a new monitor after the first one created I have to go back into the monitor edit screen and save the entry again in order for it not to be displayed in red. I'm not changing any setting, just re-saving the entry. I suspect the entry is being saved ok the first around, just not being "activated" on the first save.
And of course there is the issue of the language file I noted earlier.
Now on to setting up users....
