Some trouble with ZM adjustment(Length of events).

Post by dinyasoft »

In the previous version of the program 1.23.3, my cameras record 10 minute events. After the filter checked how many points such event has typed. If it is not enough balls - filter kill this event. When I updating to the new version of the program(1.24), events began to register various length. I did not change adjustment. Section Length - 600. An operating mode with cameras is Mocord.
Anyone - help me solve this problem. I have already tried to change any checkbox, parametres etc. If i change Function camera from Mocord to Record - events have length of 10 minutes.

Sorry my language. It's not my native language.

Check what Options->Config->ZM_EVENT_CLOSE_MODE is set to. If it is set to Alarm you will probably want it to be Time or Idle. I will check what the default setting for this is.

Can you list of some examples of what your event lengths are? May a screendump of the list would be good.

What was the value it was set to originally? Did you remember to completely restart ZM?

I will check that those settings are working anyway.

This looks like a genuine bug due to a != instead of an ==

I am just testing the fix and will put it up on SVN later.
