You'll also want to have a look around (I know it's here somewhere) and find out for sure what the oldest ffmpeg release is that you'll be able to use. When ZM-1.24.0 was released ffmpeg was a rapidly moving target (still is) and it was just a matter of a day and you had a version that was too old.
