Zoneminder, Paid Support, Other Commercial Product

I have been using the open source product ZoneMinder for a couple of months and it is a decent product but lacks in many areas including customer support, ease of use to name a few and was wondering if someone can recommend a decent linux based surveillance system that has excellent support, a low cost and has a user friendly GUI that my customers wouldn't have any trouble understanding? What other proffessional product are out there that would fit my criteria?

As far as other software, there is Motion though I have not used it.

You can get paid support from from Phil, Lee Sharp, or myself. I am sure you could likely get paid support from Ross and, Peter as well.
