Help with pan/tilt/zoom

Help with pan/tilt/zoom

Hi all:

I need a help to debug a pan/tilt/zoom. This cam use protocol Pelco-D, pan and tilt are ok, but zoom doesn't work. When i click to zoom the camera return the menu of pan/tilt/zoom and return to the home preset.

I have changed DBG_LEVEL to 1, but no log are returned. My debug level are 6 and no log about the zoom are displayed.

Can anyone help me?
