Unrecognised content type 'multipart/mixed'

Post by cam_ »

Hi all,

is there a patch for zm_remote_camera.cpp available to handle those non-conform mjpeg-streams provided by some cams build by Trendnet , Micronet and others? Perhaps a proxy to convert into standard stream? Found some little hints in this forum but could not figure out if it is really possible.

Thanks for any help!

I thought the latest idea was to upgrade the firmware of the Trendnet cameras, which resolves that problem...

I have a TrendNet IP410 and the mjpeg stream works just fine after flashing to its latest firmware.

I own a "7Links Wireless MJPEG Network IP CAM" http://www.pearl.de/a-PX1066-1120.shtml?query=7links
Perhaps this is the same hardware as Trendnet TV-IP201W but I'm not sure if it is possible to flash the "7Links" into a "Trendnet". But I will do further research on this, many thanks for this suggestion!!!

I believe Micronet SP5520 is the same or similar hardware/firmware like the ones you mention. Same specs, same problems etc.

http://www.micronet.info/up_images/engl ... manual.pdf

Video stream is accessible via cameraIP/goform/video like you cameras.
Shall I risk installing a Trendnet patched firmware? or I will simply kill the camera?

Micronet confirmed to me that there is no firmware upgrade from them :/
