Cannot get past the initial screen

Thanks in advance for your help.
I have followed the instructions to setup both the server and client as best as I can. However, I always get back Http://<url_removed>:85 is not a valid ZoneMInder URL. I can hit this url in the browser fine.

I am running the client on XP, my version of zoneminder is 1.22.2 installed from a livecd.

Could this be because my ZM server is listening on port 85 instead of 80?

Try with a web browser first to narrow down the problem.

I am able to conect with a browser as well as James Wilson's viseon viewer
