3gp creation failed after update

3gp creation failed after update

When I try to create a 3gp video it failes after the update from 1.23x to 1.24.x. There is no problem to create mpg, mpeg, wmv, avi, mov, swf files. Im using ubuntu hardy. Thank you for your support.
