Record as long as there is motion?

Post by quietas »

What am I doing wrong?

I want to record as long as there is any motion occurring on the camera. I seem to primarily get these 3-4 second recordings wher you can see someone walk into view, then walk halfway across, then end of recording.

What do I need to look for to adjust this?

Try disabling "BLEND_ALARMED_IMAGES" at options.

THanks, I'll give that a try.

Unfortunately not it is not recording anything.

It seemed to have been stuck with a 130000+ second event, not alarmed, but massively long.

Try increasing the post event buffer size by various amounts.
From the wiki:
A value of 10 for both of these will get you started but if you get a lot of short events and would prefer them to run together to form fewer longer ones then increase the Post Event buffer size.
